

Beginner’s mind
In many ways the more we think we know, the harder it is to be really present to the fullness of each moment. In the third week of my new course on yoga and mindfulness, we’ll be sinking the roots of our practice into one of my favourite foundational attitudes (Kabat-Zinn, 2013) - beginner’s mind!


Non-judging
In the first week of my new course we will be exploring the attitude of non-judging through an integrated practice including breath, movement and meditation. Non-judging is one of seven attitudinal foundations (Kabat-Zinn, 2013) that we can intentionally cultivate on the mat to find greater ease and fulfilment in our everyday lives.
