I hope you will find all the information you need about my current offerings and how to make contact with me.

I teach trauma informed yoga, neurogenic yoga and TRE both in person also online.

I found these practices through personal challenges that have kept me accountable to myself and have compelled me to orient, time and time again, to that which brings me towards a greater sense of wholeness, freedom and love.

I am endlessly fascinated by the miracle of the human body, and by how one’s experience of inner and outer worlds can be so transformed through embodiment. I am also deeply inspired by the philosophy of non-dual saiva tantra and its invitation to fully embrace all that we experience in this human life - both the light and the shade.
